to take personal responsibility so they may achieve or continue
independent lifestyles with the community.

TODEC
provides the following services:
Outreach:
TODEC’s staff will conduct outreach
services to Beneficiary, their family members, and Federal State,
and Local agencies and organizations that provide services to
people with disabilities who receive SSI/SSDI.
Benefits Assistance:
Our Benefit Specialists will offer the delivery of information
on direct support for the purpose of dealing with the effective
management of benefits issues.
Benefits Planning:
Benefits Specialists will assist beneficiaries in establishing
plans and developing long term supports that may be needed to
build success. They will provide periodic follow-up planning services
and assess the potential impacts of work and/or changes on a beneficiaries
benefit.

TODEC
Legal Center
provides:
Social Security benefits planning, assistance,
and
outreach services to eligible clients residing in the Riverside,
San Bernardino, and Imperial Counties through collaboration with
local private and public agencies (Partners for Success). A team
and client centered approach to comprehensive case management,
assessment, benefits planning services and referral services,
coordinated by a Benefits Specialist assigned to each participant
throughout the entirety of the program. The TODEC Partners
for Success program provides a strong and personalized
system for support for each participant. |
